The Logistics Manager oversees end-to-end logistics and distribution operations within our fast-paced fashion business. The role requires strong operational excellence, analytical thinking, and the ability to balance efficiency with the unique demands of the fashion retail cycle - including seasonal launches and short lead times.
Logistics & Distribution Operations
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics for retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.
- Liaise with external warehouse operations, ensuring timely distribution to stores and customers.
- Coordinate shipping schedules, customs clearance, and freight forwarding (sea, air, courier).
- Ensure stock accuracy and efficient inventory movement between DCs and stores.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders, and transport partners.
- Negotiate contracts and evaluate performance to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with regional and global logistics partners.
Process Optimization & Cost Control
- Streamline logistics workflows to reduce lead times and improve cost efficiency.
- Implement and monitor KPIs for on-time delivery, accuracy, and logistics costs.
- Drive digitalization and automation within logistics processes.
Compliance
- Ensure logistics operations comply with regulatory, customs, and safety standards.
- Maintain awareness of import/export regulations in all operating markets.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Retail, E-commerce, and Finance teams.
- Support new market entries and store openings from a logistics perspective.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of logistics or supply chain experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record in managing 3PLs, international shipments, and multi-channel logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and regional trade compliance.
- Exposure to Southeast Asia or APAC logistics landscape.
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable to fast-changing retail environments.
