  • Manage a large volume of shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy for compliance and audit purposes.

  • Verify the completeness and correctness of switched shipping documents, including vendor documentation received from bonded providers, and ensure they are electronically filed for purchase, sales recognition, and audit purposes.

  • Review submissions related to non-trading and payments for Navision invoices from bonded providers, ensuring accuracy before submitting them to the accounting department.

  • Ensure that original Navision invoices with authorized signatures are sent to the appropriate recipients, where necessary.

  • Verify the accuracy of monthly insurance declarations before submitting them to Accounting.

  • Review the accuracy of operational freight invoices due for payment in Singapore within the month, as applicable.

  • Confirm proper GST classifications for reporting and verification with Accounting.

  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders and follow up on overdue accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments.

  • Track the status of operational fixed assets in collaboration with relevant parties, and coordinate the preparation of annual reports.

  • Implement countermeasures and follow up on operational issues related to payments from bonded providers to prevent recurrence.

  • Participate in and contribute to new initiatives and projects as assigned by the Manager.

  • Be open to taking on additional assignments as directed by the Manager.


Requirements


  • Min Diploma or “A” level

  • Min 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience

  • Basic knowledge in Trade Compliance related; Managing payment invoicing knowledge or experience

  • Intermediate Excel (Pivot Table/ Vlookup), PowerPoint & reporting
