Location: Gambas Crescent

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6:30PM

Salary: Up to $4,000 Basic + AWS + 14 Days Leave

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities
  • Source and Procure: Manage supplier relationships, negotiate costs, and ensure compliant purchasing.
  • Manage Inventory: Optimize stock levels to prevent shortages or excess, aligning with production needs.
  • Oversee Logistics: Coordinate shipping and freight to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and customs compliance.
  • Lead the Team: Supervise, coach, and develop the supply chain team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyze Performance: Track key metrics (like on-time delivery and cost savings) and report on supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with other departments (Sales, Finance, Engineering) to resolve issues and contribute to business projects.
  • Other ad-hoc activities assigned.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement. Preferably with semiconductor industry will be considered.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates.
