Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Logistics Executive located in Yishun. Our clients are hospital equipment and supplies in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Logistics Executive is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and driving operational discipline across inbound and outbound logistics. This role plays a critical part in improving inventory accuracy, enforcing SOP compliance, and supporting timely order fulfilment across B2B, retail, and e-commerce channels.
• The successful candidate will lead manpower deployment on the ground, uphold warehouse safety and quality standards, and actively participate in inventory improvement initiatives, including cycle counting and stock reconciliation. Depending on business needs, the role will focus on either inbound or outbound operations to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics flow.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2–4 years of warehousing experience.
• Experience dealing with Medical Supplies/FMCG or products with Batch/Expiry tracking is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of supervising a team of at least 5–10 staff.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables) to analyse inventory data.
