Job summary

A well-established logistics company in Singapore seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage deliveries and scheduling.   • Perform other ad hoc duties.

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities
  • Arrange deliveries according to delivery plans provided by the planner.
  • Liaise with customers to inform them of delivery schedules and timings.
  • Coordinate deliveries and collections of trailers.
  • Schedule and deploy the company’s own prime mover(s) for transportation.
  • Ensure smooth communication between planner, customers, and transport team.
  • Monitor and update delivery/transportation status.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Possess minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination or transport scheduling (preferably in construction/steel industry).
