Job summary

A logistics personnel services company in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Executive to assist in the Customer Service Department. The ideal candidate should have some knowledge of air and sea logistics, and will be responsible for handling bookings for both air and sea freight, liaising with customers and carriers, and managing sea documentation work. This position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Assist in the Customer Service Department, reporting to the Team Manager.
• Some knowledge of air and sea logistics is an advantage.
• Handle all bookings for both air and sea freight.
• Liaise with air and sea carriers.
• Liaise with customers.
• Handle all sea documentation work such as bookings, Bill of Lading (BL), etc.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
