Job description
Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Logistics Executive:
Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule daily collection and delivery operations.
  • Address and resolve any collection and delivery-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Track and tabulate trip allowances for drivers.
  • Conduct weekly toolbox meetings and training sessions to ensure compliance and skill development.
  • Facilitate cross-training to enhance team flexibility and efficiency.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of all vehicles to meet operational and safety standards.
  • Handle course registration for safety induction and other relevant training programs.
  • Oversee team performance and discipline, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Operations Teams to optimize service quality.
  • Maintain a problem-solving mindset for operational challenges.
  • Serve as a backup for other fleet supervisors when required.
  • Coordinate and respond to ad-hoc emergency situations when necessary.
  • Work on alternate Saturdays and be on standby as required.
  • Prepare and submit incident reports, lead investigations, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Risk Assessments.
  • Assist in drafting and updating SOPs and Risk Assessments to align with regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
  • ITE/Diploma qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience in fleet or logistics operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and well-organized with strong coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic situations.
Additional Information
  • Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 + AWS + VB
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00AM to 5.00PM), Alternate Saturday (8.00AM to 12.00PM)
