Job description

• Forwarder Management: Track and evaluate forwarder performance to ensure service quality.
• Invoice Resolution: Collaborate with Finance to resolve invoicing issues related to repairs and shipments.
• Repair Discrepancy Handling: Address discrepancies in ARC, quantity, and part numbers; consolidate and report issues.
• Procurement Support: Raise and close Purchase Requisites (PR); manage related documentation and follow-ups.
• Shipment Logistics: Arrange pickup and delivery of repaired parts and engines with forwarders and internal SAESL teams.
• Documentation: Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Packing Operations: Assist in packing and unpacking shipments when necessary.
