Job summary

A well-known F&B restaurant chain in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Executive to manage the processing and fulfillment of FMCG items. Responsibilities include coordinating overseas orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring quality in logistics operations. Candidates should possess at least a GCE 'O'/'A' Level or Diploma, have relevant experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Level or Diploma qualification.
  • Preferably with some relevant working experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Physically fit and able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Logistics Executive

Join a well-known and established F&B restaurant chain, renowned for its strong brand presence and commitment to excellence!

Location: Kaki Bukit Road
Working Hours: 6 days per week, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
  • Handle and coordinate the processing of FMCG items for both internal and external customers.
  • Manage and coordinate overseas orders for export.
  • Liaise closely with the Central Kitchen, freight forwarders, overseas customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Oversee packing of FMCG and overseas orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain proper inventory control and conduct monthly stocktaking.
  • Ensure the store area is kept clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Manage administrative tasks for the logistics department, including scheduling, leave records, and cash card tracking.
  • Provide support in all other logistics-related duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Level or Diploma qualification.
  • Preferably with some relevant working experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Physically fit and able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs when required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese to liaise effectively with colleagues.
  • Organized, resourceful, proactive, reliable, and attentive to details.
  • Good follow-up, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Highly motivated, meticulous, and willing to go the extra mile in carrying out responsibilities.
