Logistics Driver Associate (2 Positions)

Position Summary: An entry-level role with a clear path for growth. This position provides crucial support to the Delivery Operations Driver, assisting with all logistical tasks while undergoing training to become a fully proficient and independent driver within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively assist with the loading, unloading, and securing of goods. Accompany the experienced driver on routes to learn procedures.
• Actively learn all aspects of the delivery operations, including routes, customer protocols, safety procedures, and company standards.
• Train to take full responsibility for the delivery vehicle and complete assigned routes independently and to standard when required.
• Assist in performing daily vehicle checks and maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the vehicle.
• Work closely with the team to ensure daily objectives are met efficiently and safely.

Requirements
