Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Support intern to assist with daily operations and documentation. Qualifications

• Min. Diploma or equivalent, in logistics or shipping.
• Basic knowledge in MS Office applications such as Excel.
• Prior internship/working experience in shipping or logistics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to follow up on bookings or shipment requests.
• Assist with basic rate confirmations or queries.
• Support the team in preparing quotations and updating booking details.
• Assist with data entry related to booking, container, or schedule information.
• Compile basic reports and forecasts as requested.
