Job Scope
- Manage customer emails and phone calls to coordinate and arrange delivery orders efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong phone handling skills by actively listening and responding professionally to customers’ needs.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Record and update customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in the system for accuracy, verification, and training purposes.
- Follow up with customers through email to ensure concerns are resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Maintain accurate Proof of Delivery (POD) records and ensure all related documents are properly filed.
- Provide consistent, positive, and professional customer service at all times.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support smooth service operations.
- Analyze customer interaction trends and prepare reports to support continuous improvement in service processes and customer experience.
- Guide and support junior team members by providing feedback and mentoring to improve team performance.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional when handling challenging or escalated customer situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
- Prior experience in customer support or customer service roles is an advantage.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
