Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage warehouse operations and inventory levels. Responsibilities include picking and packing implant sets, delivering to hospitals, and ensuring compliance through inspections and audits. Candidates with a Class 3 Driving License and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess a Class 3 Driving License is preferred.
• Preferable basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and ERP.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain warehouse operations and inventory levels.
• Pick and pack implant sets based on sales team orders.
• Deliver implants and instrument sets to hospitals in a timely manner.
• Inspect incoming shipments and organize materials within the warehouse.
• Issue purchase orders and verify accuracy of all accompanying documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and check product expiry dates to ensure quality compliance.
• Participate in annual stock counts and inventory audits.
• Assist the Admin Manager with administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties.

Skills
