• Managing and maintaining warehouse and inventory.
• Picking and packing Implant sets according to orders.
• Delivery of Implant and instruments to hospitals.
• Inspect incoming shipments and stocking materials.
• Issuing purchase orders and ensuring document accuracy.
• Checking stocks expiry date.
• Participate in annual stock count.
• Support Admin manager with admin duties.
• Use ERP system for management.

Overview

• Managing and maintaining warehouse and inventory
• Picking and packing of Implant sets according to orders of the sales team
• Delivery of Implant and instruments set to the hospitals
• Inspect Incoming Shipments, Stocking materials in the warehouse
• Issuing Purchase orders and ensuring accuracy of documents
• Checking stocks expiry date
• Participate in annual stock count
• Support Admin manager with Admin duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Use of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System for management

Requirements

• Must possess a Class 3 Driving License
• Required language(s): English
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, ERP, word, excel
• Optional: If the person possesses his own goods vehicle, it will be an added advantage
