Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations, including delivery schedules and shipment tracking.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams for inventory management and replenishment.
  • Assist in invoice verification and basic administrative duties.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily logistics operations, including delivery schedules and shipment tracking
  • Handle purchasing processes such as preparing purchase orders and following up with suppliers
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams for inventory management and replenishment
  • Maintain procurement and logistics records accurately
  • Assist in invoice verification and basic administrative duties
  • Support logistics planning for store openings and product rollouts
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Logistics, Business, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Positive working attitude and a willingness to learn
