Job summary

• Multiple roles hiring : Customer Service / Logistics Administrative / Logistics coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipment planning, delivery scheduling, and order fulfillment.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs declarations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Provide logistics and administrative support to the sales and operations teams.
• Handle customer inquiries related to delivery status, shipment discrepancies, and product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and update the system for stock movement and order tracking.
• Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Job Requirement

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, shipping documentation, or customer service (logistics).
• Good knowledge of local/international shipping procedures and Incoterms.
