A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Associate to assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, maintaining customer relations, and handling import/export documentation. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with the Navision system is a plus. Provide sales and administrative support to Sales department (for International and Overseas sales) in managing the daily sales operational activities, covering full spectrum of sales administration, customer service, Import and Export management, sales and marketing support to sales team.
