• At least 2-5 years’ experience in a Logistics Coordinator role or Customer Service in 3PL.
• Able to work independently and have initiative.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process customer orders and inquiries.
• Monitor the status of orders and liaise with parties.
• Properly keep necessary shipping documents.
• Update stock card and prepare weekly stock report.
• Interact with 3rd party logistics providers.
