Job summary

A logistics services provider in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a 1-year renewable contract. The candidate will coordinate daily operations, optimize inventory replenishment, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Logistics Coordinator - 1 year contract renewable (singaporean only)

Manfield Employment Services Pte Ltd – Jurong Island

Coordinate daily operations at third-party logistics sites

Review and optimize inventory replenishment to meet targets and ensure on-time delivery

Communicate with production units and other sites to coordinate loading schedules

Monitor order distribution to optimize unit productivity (blending, filtration, keg, etc.)

Integrate affiliate orders into the system

Manage freight payables and additional delivery charges

Handle order exceptions and customer complaints

Participate in third-party logistics service provider performance reviews

Collaborate with Global Supply Planning for inventory target setting and stewardship

Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols (DOIMS)

Address daily operational issues using problem-solving and negotiation skills

Coordinate physical inventory counts and manage slow-moving/obsolete goods (SMOG)

Track package recertification dates and coordinate recertification

Job Requirement

At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Chemical Process Technology or Chemical Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant working experience.

Experience/knowledge of logistics, operations or supply chain management are preferred.

Experience in inventory replenishment review using SAP MRP.

Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
