Logistics Coordinator

Basic Salary: Up to $3,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Location: Tuas area (Company transport provided from Tuas West Road & Boon Lay)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:45pm

Job Description

• Process and manage documentation for local and export deliveries.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure accurate order records.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels; conduct stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and documentation for outgoing shipments.
• Verify and record incoming shipments accurately.
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams for smooth goods movement.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment following company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma, Certificate, or any relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of handheld scanners and computerized warehouse systems.
• Capable of performing physical tasks and able to handle cartons when required.
• Able to perform overtime based on operational needs.
