Job Description & Responsibilities
- Monitoring inventory in the ERP/WMS systems
- Perform inventory receiving & transfers in the ERP/WMS systems
- Coordinate the transfers, receiving, issuing and returns of inventory between Frosts warehouses and intercompany departments, 3rd Party Logistics/Warehouses
- Ensure the proper upkeep of related documentation and filing, including the posting of inventory transactions into the ERP/WMS systems
- General administrative duties include but not limited to checking of outgoing and returning invoices, delivery orders, goods receive/return notes, to ensure documents are updated into the company systems, attending to self-collection customers
- Other assignments that may be required by Manager
Requirements
- Min GCE “N” Level and above, computer literate
- Min. 1 to 2 years of experience in related field, preferably F&B Operational related role.
- Possess positive attitude and initiative
- Ability to work well as a team
- Possess good communication skills – both written and verbal
