Job summary

A leading hospitality provider in Singapore is seeking hands-on operational individuals for their Supply Chain Operations team. The role involves logistics tasks, using advanced technology such as Warehouse Management Systems and Autonomous Mobile Robots. Candidates with a GCE O-level and those willing to work in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply. Preferred is 1 year experience in Dock Receiving or similar roles, along with a valid Forklift Driving License.

Qualifications

  • Candidates with no relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Dock Receiving, Put away and Picking Operations preferred.
  • Possess valid Forklift Driving License will be a plus.

Job Summary

We are seeking hands-on operational individuals to join the Supply Chain Operations. Besides the core logistical work, Supply Chain Team Members are expected to embrace state-of-the-art technology in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR), enabling the department to achieve assigned KPIs in a safe and efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities
  • Inspect, repack and deliver the received items in good condition to all internal users within the entire property in a timely manner
  • Handle mobile handheld devices to perform WMS functions, assign and troubleshoot basic AMR tasks
  • Support Logistics Lead and Officers as required
  • Meet the attendance and punctuality guidelines of the job and adhere to Departmental and Company policies
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
  • GCE O-level and above
Experience
  • Candidates with no relevant work experience are welcome to apply
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Dock Receiving, Put away and Picking Operations in either the Food & Beverage or Hospitality environment is preferred
  • Possess valid Forklift Driving License will be a plus
Other Prerequisites
  • Work in a diverse, fast-paced and busy environment
  • Able to lift 20kg on a consistent basis and walk long distance (average 12,000 steps a day)
  • Be able to work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to CRT fatigue, noise, dust, and access to all areas of the property
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
