Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in dispatching, product identification, receiving, and quality assurance.
- Plan, manage, and oversee the efficient daily operations of the assigned department.
- Achieve or surpass customer KPIs and internal quality standards by continuously monitoring performance and providing regular reports to management.
- Maintain close communication with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing processes and implementing new methods to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Supervise warehouse operations, including inventory control, material handling, transportation, and workforce planning.
- Manage the storage, distribution, and movement of products to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Establish clear performance expectations for employees and provide ongoing coaching and training.
- Maintain accountability for all departmental tools, equipment, and assets.
- Ensure work areas are organized and ergonomically optimized for safety and efficiency.
- Verify that packed goods are properly inspected and collected by drivers.
- Monitor and update stock levels, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate shipments, delivery schedules, and related logistics activities.
- Conduct root cause analyses to minimize overages, shortages, and product damage.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management
- Minimum 3 years experience in 3PL warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff
- Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS
- Experience in PowerBI and Tableau
