The essential responsibilities include:
- Provide full logistical support to both internal and external customers
- Attend to all delivery documents in a timely and orderly manner
- Confirm with customers on delivery dates, time and COD status
- Update and advise customers regularly on stock status in a polite and professional manner
- Follow up on pending sales and fix delivery dates for clients
- Co – coordinate multiple sales order delivery for customers
- Co-ordinate between branches, warehouses and customers to complete the deliveries
- Raise follow-up note for partial delivery
- Update delivery status in the provided system promptly for references
- Workplace housekeeping
- Assist in stock take
- Verify delivery documents such as delivery notes, follow-up notes and collection notes etc. before submission to Finance department
- Notify and get acknowledgements on delivery status with suppliers, warehouse & branches
- Clear any outstanding pending delivery orders
- Liaise with delivery contractors and suppliers
- Any other duties as assigned
Formal Education & Certification
- Secondary Education or with relevant experience
Knowledge & Experience
- Prior logistics experience
- Admin Experience
