Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a warehouse operations staff to perform daily tasks including scanning and validating documents, conduct inventory counts, and assist in fulfilling customer orders. Candidates should be proficient in MS Office and have at least 1 year of experience in a warehousing environment. This role requires flexibility for shift work and overtime commitments.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working in a warehousing environment.
• Able to perform shifts and commit to OT on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operation including scanning process, validating and issuing documents.
• Conduct weekly and monthly cycle count validations.
• Liaise with various teams to fulfill customer orders.
• Handle ad-hoc jobs as assigned by supervisors and/or managers.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
