Job description
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate local and international shipments, including booking transport, preparing delivery orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any shipment issues or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, airway bills, bills of lading).
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipments, inventory levels, and logistics-related documentation.
  • Assist in monitoring stock movement and inventory replenishment.
  • Support the logistics team in planning delivery routes and optimizing transport costs.
Administrative Support
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to logistics and office operations.
  • Assist with procurement of office supplies and coordination with vendors.
  • Manage office maintenance matters (e.g., liaising with service providers for repairs or supplies).
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination or administrative support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of logistics operations, import/export documentation, or inventory systems is an advantage.
