Responsibilities
- Coordinate local and international shipments, including booking transport, preparing delivery orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any shipment issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, airway bills, bills of lading).
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, inventory levels, and logistics-related documentation.
- Assist in monitoring stock movement and inventory replenishment.
- Support the logistics team in planning delivery routes and optimizing transport costs.
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to logistics and office operations.
- Assist with procurement of office supplies and coordination with vendors.
- Manage office maintenance matters (e.g., liaising with service providers for repairs or supplies).
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
