Summary

• Basic range: $2000-$2500 +OT

• AWS + Bonus

• Multiple locations hiring: West/ East

• 5 day, office hours

Responsibilities

Warehouse Assistant

• Picking and packing, checking of goods

• Maintain housekeeping and safety

• Perform inventory checking/ stock taking

  Report any defects to immediate supervisor

• Operate forklift to load and unload goods

• Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle. (Delivery Assistant)

• Other duties as assigned

Logistics Coordinator

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods.

• Prepare and issue shipping documents, delivery orders, and ensure all POs, invoices, and shipment records are accurate and updated.

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transport contractors to schedule and monitor deliveries and pickups.

• Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth flow of goods.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, assist in stock control, and ensure proper storage conditions.
