Job summary

A regional medical device company in Singapore is looking for a Logistics Assistant to coordinate inventory management and logistics services. The ideal candidate should possess good spoken English, communication skills, and have a positive work attitude. Responsibilities include coordinating inventory delivery, performing inventory control, and handling documentation. This is a full-time role requiring a secondary education or higher.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate arrangement and delivery of inventory.
  • Perform inventory control and housekeeping operations.
  • Document inventory movement to meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate activities to improve logistics quality.
  • Handle warehousing duties as assigned.
  • Backup dispatch duties when required.

Logistics Assistant (5.5 work days)
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate arrangement, delivery and rotation of Inventory
  • Perform inventory control and housekeeping operations of inventory
  • Perform documentations of inventory movement to meet business requirements
  • Coordinate activities to improve quality of logistics services
  • Warehousing adhoc duties as assigned
  • Backup dispatch duties when required and able to work independently
