Job description

At Kallang Alive Sport Management, we value you and believe everyone plays an important role in the success of the Singapore Sports Hub. You will be part of a dynamic team to ensure venues in the Sports Hub are logistically ready to host a wide spectrum of sports, entertainment and lifestyle events. You are expected to execute the set up and tear down plan developed by your team manager. You will also be required to maintain the logistics equipment and ensure that they are in good condition and ready for use.

Responsibilities

• Execute logistics plan in the set up and tear down of event space.
• Take inventory of logistics equipment and ensure that equipment are well maintained and ready for use.
• Understand and follow company’s Health and Safety and operational policies and procedures.
• All other reasonable and related tasks and responsibilities as requested by the management.

Requirements

• With a positive working attitude and good attendance.
• Able to speak English.
• Customer-oriented.
• Willing to learn and teachable.
• Team player who is able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work odd hours, weekends and public holidays when required.
