Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform logistics duty of receiving, picking, put away and shipping including checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, packing, and palletizing for both import and export cargo in warehouse environment.
  • Ensure proper cargo check upon receipt and report any irregularity observed to the supervisor.
  • Ensure local shipments are arranged timely.
  • Update the status of import and export cargo upon receipt into the in‑house ERP system.
  • Conduct periodical physical stock count in the warehouse and update records in the ERP system.
  • Perform labelling of AWB for export cargo.
  • Inventory management and stock check/count.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness & housekeeping.
  • Observe safe warehouse practices and security.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
  • Entry‑level candidate with strong willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Excel, Word).
  • Must be able to lift, move, and handle goods as part of daily tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and AWBs will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and cycle counting procedures will be an advantage.
