Job summary

A leading technology manufacturer in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipping and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Business Administration, experience in logistics coordination, and be bilingual in English and Mandarin. This role involves preparing outgoing shipments, coordinating with logistics providers, and supporting inventory management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle precise packing and preparation of outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule and track deliveries.
  • Prepare shipping documents for local and international shipments.
  • Work closely with Sales & Procurement to resolve order issues.
  • Support inventory management and adopt ad-hoc duties.

LTD. was setup in year 2012 and WARDE TEC TAIWAN was established in year 2003 for Semiconductor market in Taiwan to support the Semiconductor customers in South Asia regions. WARDE TEC Taiwan headquarter and factory is located in Hsinchu City, Taiwan (R.O.C.) near the major Semiconductor Industrial Park.

Our Company manufacture parts for both 200mm and 300mm Semiconductor Fabrication Plants and have been supporting to Semiconductor companies in Singapore, Malaysia, USA, Taiwan, China, Europe and Japan for more than 10 years. Our main products are CMP Polishing and Cleaner parts such as Membranes, Head Rebuilt parts, consumable parts and machine equipment parts.

Over the past 10 years, we have built confidence with our customers in terms of consumable parts, especially for High Performance Plastics and Rubber products in terms of quality and competitive pricing. We have also move from supporting CMP modules to other areas, such as CVD (NOVELLUS), PVD, Etch and Implantation for other parts overhaul services and consumable parts.

Responsibilities
  • Handle precise packing and preparation of outgoing shipments to ensure product integrity and compliance.
  • Coordinate with local and regional logistics providers to schedule and track deliveries on time.
  • Prepare complete and accurate shipping documents, including air waybills, commercial/proforma invoices, packing lists and other required paperwork for both local and international shipments.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales & Procurement) to resolve order issues and support smooth fulfillment.
  • Support inventory management and restocking activities as needed while remaining adaptable to additional ad-hoc duties that may be assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Professional Certification, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
  • With experience in logistics coordination, preferably in an SME or electronics/semiconductor company.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping practices, documentation and basic customs procedures.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin – essential for communicating with Chinese-speaking suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Organized, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced SME environment.
