  • Support clinical services by stocking, assembling, and distributing medications.

  • Prepare and submit daily and ad hoc reports.

Job description

Support clinical services by stocking, assembling, and distributing medications.

Maintain proper inventory control, including ordering, verifying receipts, and removing expired drugs.

Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of medications and supplies.

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications to clinics, including controlled drugs.

Coordinate with clinics to maintain adequate stock levels of medications and supplies.

Conduct regular stocktakes, manage resupply orders, and support internal and external stock audits.

Monitor, review, and execute processes to enhance operational efficiency and workflow.

Handle fault reporting and follow up on corrective actions.

Conduct periodic audits of work processes to ensure compliance and service quality.

Collect, monitor, and analyse data on clinical operations and key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare periodic reports.

Prepare and submit daily and ad hoc reports when required.

Execute effective internal and external communications related to clinical operations.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of medications and inventory processes will be an advantage.
  • Preferably with experience in the healthcare or medical care industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (phone and email).
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a keen eye for process improvement.
