Responsibilities

• Perform inventory checks by counting and inspecting all incoming stock.
• Reset all devices and ensure they are labeled and packaged appropriately.
• Enter all incoming stock details into the internal system.
• Perform routine stocktaking at different branch locations.
• Allocate and arrange the delivery of stock to different stores.
• Process returns, sort inventory, and manage stock regularly.
• Coordinate with suppliers for stock on orders and confirm delivery dates.
• Maintain pricing fairness with waste cost reduction.

Profile

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistic Assistant to support our fast growing operations team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient stock management, timely procurement, and seamless distribution of all stock across our stores.

• Performed inventory checks by counting and inspecting all incoming stock upon arrival.
• Reset all devices and ensure they are labeled and packaged appropriately.
• Enter all incoming stock details into the internal system.
• Performed routine stocktaking at different branch locations.
• Allocating and arranging the delivery of stock to different stores.
• Processed returns, sorted inventory, and managed stock regularly.
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-order stock and confirm delivery dates.
• Maintain pricing fairness with waste cost reduction.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken and written).
• Strong administrative and detail-oriented.
• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and systems.
• Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
