About the Role

We are seeking a results‑driven Logistics Analyst to support our logistics operations through data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing our logistics efficiency, reducing costs and optimizing operations across our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management and Analytics:
   • Perform comprehensive data cleaning and validation of data extracted
   • Conduct regular sense‑checking and quality assurance of existing data to ensure accuracy and reliability
   • Analyse logistics data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvements
   • Conduct root cause analysis for logistics issues and propose corrective measures
2. Dashboards and Reporting:
   • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and automated reports using data visualization tools
   • Monitor and evaluate logistics performance metrics against targets and industry standards
3. Process Improvement and Collaboration:
   • Conduct root cause analysis for logistics issues and propose corrective measures
   • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate data systems, ensuring real‑time visibility for reports and dashboards
   • Lead cross‑functional projects with purchasing, warehouse, and retail teams to optimize inventory levels and distribution processes

Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Analytics, or related field
• 3 – 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or data analysis roles
• Experience in electronics retail or consumer goods industry preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience with ERP systems, particularly D365 Business Central
• Proficient with Data Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau), and Microsoft Excel

Soft Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of logistics principles and supply chain best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced retail environment
