JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle daily operations for transport planning - collection & delivery for air or containers trucking
• Deploy jobs to lorry drivers for their daily collection and delivery locations, ensuring timely and accurate collection and delivery of shipments
• Monitoring of drivers' activities
• Maintain communication and collaborate with team coordinators/ drivers / delivery assistants to faciliate the smooth operations and improve service efficiency and customers satisfaction
• Assist in problem-solving and addressing any operational challenges that arise
• Training will be provided
• Location of work: Changi Airfreight Centre
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm, Saturday: 9am to 1pm

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic computer knowledges is essential - Microsoft Office Applications
• Minimum Educational Qualification: Secondary or GCE 'N' Level
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Willingness to work early or late if required
• Preferably with Class 4 & Forklift Driving License
