Job Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers regarding daily orders, shipment processes, and specific requirements.
  • Arrange transportation for local deliveries and collections, ensuring timely delivery per schedule.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and project teams on all operational matters.
  • Organize import/export shipments and prepare necessary import/export documents.
  • Handle feedback and complaints from agents, vendors, and customers in a professional manner.
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices and organization of shipping documents.
  • Update customers on shipment status through manual spreadsheets or system updates.
  • Communicate with country agents, customs brokers, and forwarders regarding all shipment-related matters.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties related to shipment operations as needed.
