Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to manage the order-to-delivery process and ensure smooth communication with customers. The role involves coordinating Purchase Orders, monitoring supply commitments, and fulfilling customer demands. A Diploma in a related field is required, but no prior experience is needed as training will be provided. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.30 pm.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • No experience required — training will be provided.
  • Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the order-to-delivery process, including order processing, scheduling, and shipment coordination.
  • Coordinate and manage Purchase Order requirements and customer demands.
  • Monitor, plan, and oversee demand & supply commitments.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Manage customers' accounts, monitor shipment/revenue status, and review material and forecast requirements.
  • Maintain and update product configurations and BOMs.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve fulfilment-related inquiries.

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.00am–5.30pm
Salary: $2,800 (no experience needed)
