Job description

This role provides support to essential business activities including daily operational activities, generating invoices, and other support to the Novogene NGS business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for local and international shipment activities, including inbound and outbound courier booking and tracking, ensuring shipment compliance.
  • Support commercial activities and local despatch coordination, facilitating delivery or collection between the customers and service providers.
  • Handle the receiving of biological samples, ensuring compliance with protocols.
  • Understand and adhere to temperature requirements for samples, following established protocols.
  • Handle customer enquiries through calls & emails.
  • Support commercial activities, such as generating invoices and delivery order.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior working experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
  • A team player.
  • Details oriented, meticulous, and conscientious in work.
  • Able to handle stress and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good coordination skills.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good phone etiquette, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Committed to supporting month-end business activities.
  • Flexible and willing to accept ad-hoc and urgent tasks as needed.
  • Able to commit to a duration of 3-4 months.
