Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide support on daily operation activities.
  • Sourcing and issuing purchase orders.
  • Data entry for soil tickets in a timely manner.
  • Handle renewal of road tax for company vehicles.
  • Administrative support to the Operations Manager.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsiblities
  • Provide support on daily operation activities which including office upkeep/maintenances.
  • Sourcing and get quotations and issue Purchase orders accordingly.
  • Data Entry for Soil Tickets in timely manner so as to ensure smooth billing processing.
  • Handle renewal of Road Tax and VPC for company vehicles.
  • Adminstrative support to the Operations Manager.
  • Ad-Hoc duties will be assigned when needed.
Requirements
  • Min N or O Level and 2 to 3 years working experiences.
  • Knowledge of MS office.
  • Proactive & able to work independently with less supervison.
  • Able to work in fast paced environment.
  • Preferred immediate or short notice period candidates.
