  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Expected salary: $2,800 - $3,100 per month.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the logistics function, including invoicing and inventory data management.
  • Ensure efficient and smooth running of all logistics daily operations.
  • Perform daily data entry duties into operating systems.
  • Use WMS for inventory system.
  • Use ERP system to process documents.
  • Ensure all shipment documentation are prepared correctly, including document verification throughout the whole process.
  • Arrange and liaise with freight forwarders on import & export shipments, including shipment bookings, schedules and all documentation with verification.
  • Preparation of daily incoming and outgoing stock reports.
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Meticulous, high level of initiative and attention to detail and a good team player.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Entry‑level candidates with excellent learning attitude are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
