Job summary

Job description

⏰ Time: Monday - Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm), alternate Saturday (8.30am to 12.30pm)

🚨 Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Accurately input shipment data, customer information, and inventory details into the warehouse management system (WMS) and other relevant systems. Maintain data integrity and ensure timely updates. Need to be familiar with import and exports as handles documents related to it.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and tracking shipment status. Communicate effectively with customers regarding shipment-related matters.

  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels within the WMS. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate inventory data.

  • Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers. Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payments.

  • Document Management: Maintain organized electronic and physical files of shipping documents, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the logistics team, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing office supplies.
