A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role that involves accurate data entry, strong customer service, and efficient inventory management. You will be responsible for inputting shipment data, responding to customer inquiries, preparing invoices, and maintaining organized documentation. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess good communication skills, and be familiar with warehousing procedures. This position requires commitment from Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday shifts.
⏰ Time: Monday - Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm), alternate Saturday (8.30am to 12.30pm)
Data Entry: Accurately input shipment data, customer information, and inventory details into the warehouse management system (WMS) and other relevant systems. Maintain data integrity and ensure timely updates. Need to be familiar with import and exports as handles documents related to it.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and tracking shipment status. Communicate effectively with customers regarding shipment-related matters.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels within the WMS. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate inventory data.
Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers. Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
Document Management: Maintain organized electronic and physical files of shipping documents, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the logistics team, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing office supplies.
