Job description

The Job:

• Inspire and motivate the team to achieve daily and monthly goals
• Foster a positive, cooperative work environment with open communication
• Receive shipments, inspect for damages, and sort stock for distribution
• Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves; place orders for low inventory, packing, and shipping supplies
• Handle customer service matters related to shipping or cargo issues
• Assign tasks, set priorities and deadlines, and ensure timely completion
• Perform daily forklift safety checks
• Oversee 5S duties and ensure proper housekeeping standards

The Talent:

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
• Minimum Higher Nitec or Above
• Proficient in WMS, SAP, or similar warehouse systems
• Strong leadership, planning, and resource management skills
• Knowledge of shipping management/transaction systems and MS Office
