Job description

Our client, a state-owned company within the commodities sector with over S$2 billion in operating revenue, currently seeks an experienced professional to join their team as a Logistic Specialist.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Logistic Specialist will be responsible for overseeing shipments, reviewing the logistical services contract and facilitation of payments. The incumbent will understand and master import & export, customs-related policies and regulations of overseas markets.

Successful candidates will be working within fast paced environment with a great cohesive team for the established organization.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Logistic / Supply Chain / Business or equivalent
• Willing to travel overseas
• Possess at least 4 years working experience in managing international logistics for commodities products with a strong understanding of end-to-end logistic operations
• Familiar with customs and trade regulations
• Fluent in both Mandarin & English so as to communicate efficiently with colleagues from across the region
• Energetic and independent to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
