Job Summary
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Work Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Description
  • Ensure all incoming & outgoing shipment and shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
  • Ensure all movements of materials are updated in system.
  • Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the Company's policies.
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse / internal department to understand their requirements and priorities.
  • Perform transactions in SAP system timely and accurately.
  • Maintain and archive all incoming / outgoing documents.
  • Accountable for inventory accuracy.
  • Update NEA reports.
  • Purchase of in-direct material.
  • Generate Weekly/Monthly stock count sheet.
  • Update monthly discrepancy report.
  • Liaison with freight forwarder / transporters / hauliers.
  • Release outgoing shipment to forwarder.
  • Arrange local delivery.
  • Generate manual delivery note.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and tidiness housekeeping of the department.
  • Perform transactions & documentation for RMA.
  • Perform and create transaction Production Orders in the system.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
  • Perform any other duty as assigned by Logistics Manager.
  • Secondary Roles:
    • Revise & review incoming / outgoing process.
    • Initiate continuous improvement of warehouse operation.
