Job Description
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, transportation, and distribution in Singapore.
  • Oversee entire logistics operations.
  • Resolve logistics issues such as delays, damages, or documentation errors while driving process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Act as key logistics focal for any customer deliveries query and escalations for parts availability.
  • Drive ongoing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives to strengthen logistics performance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, factories and customers to ensure reliable and cost‑effective transportation of goods in timely manner.
  • Apply logistics expertise to support cross‑border operations and complex supply chain activities.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Supervise and mentor logistics staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and ensuring that the team is well‑trained and equipped to handle the logistics operations.
  • Experience in leading a logistics team and to improve logistics supply chain efficiency.
Job Requirement
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven background in logistics or warehouse operations, coupled with strong leadership experience.
  • At least four years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain.
  • Proven ability to oversee 3PL providers and handle multi‑channel logistics
  • Strong communication skills and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Effective in managing people, with previous or ongoing leadership experience considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable handling challenging or high‑stress situations.
  • Holds a valid Class 3 driving license
