Job description

Work Location: 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760

Work Day: Wednesday to Friday: 3PM to 11PM, Sat to Sun: 10AM to 7PM

Off Days: Mon and Tues

Able to work from home. (Attendance at the office will be required when necessary)

First 2 months, must able to work onsite for training from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Mon to Fri.

Job Description
  • Handle shipping document processing and closely monitor shipment movements, including Proof of Delivery (POD) status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedules for both new and existing products.
  • Manage and process damaged shipment claims in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with logistics planners to forecast customer shipments, develop logistics plans, and ensure product/service availability.
  • Streamline processes and optimize the flow of goods from order placement to final delivery.
  • Liaise with the Facility Manager and Warehouse teams on de-trashing and recycling matters, and coordinate with Finance on supplier invoice matters.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and internal departments to enhance the company’s operational efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Track and follow up on incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with cross-border shipping requirements, customs regulations, and international trade compliance standards.
  • Prepare and update weekly and monthly reports accurately and on schedule.
