Job summary

A logistics consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage international shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate logistics records. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Logistics or a related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software is required. This role offers a salary of up to $2800 plus variable benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum certificate or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of logistics or shipping experience, preferably in electronics or machinery.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international import and export shipments of equipment and related goods.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers for timely deliveries.
• Track shipment progress and coordinate with warehouse for inventory planning.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and support inventory checks.

• Basic up to $ 2800 +VB
• 5 days | 9am- 6.30pm
• Location: Bright Hill ( walking distance from MRT )

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international import and export shipments of equipment, spare parts, and related goods.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents to ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transporters for timely shipment clearance and delivery.
• Track shipment progress, update internal teams, and coordinate with the warehouse for inventory planning.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and support regular inventory checks and reconciliation.

Requirement:

• Preferably minimum certificate/ Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or any related field
• At least 1 year of logistics or shipping experience (preferably in copier, electronics, or machinery industry).
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/logistics software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
