A logistics company is looking for a responsible individual to manage inventory and shipping operations in Singapore. Responsibilities include loading and unloading goods, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining quality standards. Applicants should have at least N-level education, a minimum of 3 years of experience, and be proficient in inventory software and MS Office. A Class 3 driving license and forklift license are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• In charge of loading and unloading, sorting, stocking, and packaging goods.
• Monitor material transport and delivery for timeliness and legality.
• Prepare shipping documents like Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists.
• Review and verify shipping documents for accuracy.
• Enter data into spreadsheets and verify input.
• Maintain quality standards for audits.

Responsibilities

• In charge in loading ad unloading. sorting and stocking, and packaging goods and orders
• Responsible for monitoring material transported and delivered for timeliness and legality
• Responsible for preparing shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing Lists, and Shipyard Material Receivers, etc.,
• Responsible for the review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents
• Provide support in completing paperwork and documentation
• Responsible for entering data into spreadsheets from multiple sources, as well as verifying input and calculations
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audit
• Provide support in the maintenance of electronic filing system for administrative documentation that guarantees swift retrieval of requested documents

Requirements

• Min N level and above
• Min 3 years of working experience
• Proficient in Inventory software and Ms Office
• Posses Class 3 driving license and forklift license
