  • Receive and check incoming goods against Delivery Orders.
  • Inspect and verify items for accuracy and quality.
  • Record and report damaged or missing items.
  • Ensure correct certificates accompany all items.
  • Maintain shelf-life requirements for items.
  • Data entry in WMS or SAP systems.
  • Label and store items properly in the warehouse.
  • Scan and file all documents.
  • Keep work area organized.
  • Support outbound work and stock checking.
Job description
Logistic Assistant - Inbound & Receiving (Permanent | Seletar | Up to $3,000)

📅 Working Days: 4 or 5 days per week (depending on shift pattern)

🕒 Working Hours: Shift Work (must be comfortable with any assigned shift based on management roster)

A) 7.00am – 4.00pm (Mon–Fri, Morning Shift)

C) 2.00pm – 11.00pm (Mon–Fri, Noon Shift)

D) 7.00am – 7.20pm (4-day, 12-hour Morning Shift)

E) 7.00pm – 7.20am (4-day, 12-hour Night Shift)

Responsibilities
  • 1. Receive incoming goods and check against Delivery Orders / Packing Lists
  • 2. Inspect and verify items — check part numbers, description, quantity, and quality
  • 3. Record and report any wrong, missing, or damaged items
  • 4. Check that all items come with the correct certificates and documents
  • 5. Ensure items with expiry dates meet shelf-life requirements
  • 6. Perform data entry and goods receipt in WMS or SAP system
  • 7. Label and store items properly in the warehouse
  • 8. Scan and file all documents for record-keeping
  • 9. Keep work area clean and organized
  • 10. Support other warehouse activities when needed (e.g. outbound work, stock checking)
