A logistics company in Singapore seeks a Logistic Admin Assistant to manage quotations, assist in purchasing, and oversee stock management. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Generate quotations and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Issue purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.
  • Receive stock and generate goods received notes.
  • Issue delivery orders and arrange deliveries.
  • Picking, packing and labeling of products.
  • Perform Stock Count.
  • Monitor Stock Level.
  • Ad-hoc job assigned by management.

Logistic Admin Assistant

Working Day: Mon-Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
Office Location: Changi North Street 1
Salary: Start from $2,000 - $2,800 (Depend on Experience)

Job Responsibilities
  • Generate Quotation: Liaising & coordinate with Sales team on sales order and enquiries
  • Purchasing: Issue PO to suppliers, liaise with suppliers and follow up the order status
  • Stock Receiving & generate Goods Received Notes (GRN)
  • Issue D/O and arrange for goods delivery to customer
  • Picking, packing and labeling of products
  • Perform Stock Count
  • Monitor Stock Level
  • Ad-hoc job assigned by management
Job Requirement
  • Preferable work experience with Logistic/Supply Chain
